Loan Sales Specialist (Finance)

Location: Union, New Jersey, United States; onsite. Monday–Friday during standard business hours, with occasional extended hours and possible Saturday work.

Salary: $18.00–$22.00 per hour, plus eligibility for additional performance-based compensation.

What you will do

• Listen to customers’ needs and present tailored loan and financing solutions.
• Build and maintain customer relationships throughout the loan process and lifecycle.
• Manage loan servicing activities, including collections, while following applicable laws and regulations.
• Serve customers through phone, email, chat, and internal systems.
• Explain loan terms, options, and optional insurance products clearly.
• Meet individual and branch sales and service goals in a competitive environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to multitask, adapt to changing demands, and provide timely customer service.
• Strong motivation to achieve goals and deliver results.
• Ability to work onsite in Union, New Jersey.

Nice to have

• Experience in sales, collections, or customer service.
• Bilingual Spanish communication skills.
