Consumer Loan Sales Specialist (Fintech)

Location: On site in Towson, Maryland, United States. Monday–Friday during standard business hours, with occasional extended hours and possible Saturday work.

Salary: $18.00–$22.00 per hour, plus performance-based additional compensation.

What you will do

• Guide customers through the loan process and lifecycle, presenting financing solutions based on their needs.
• Build and maintain customer relationships while working toward individual and branch goals.
• Manage loan lifecycle activities, including collections, while complying with applicable laws and regulations.
• Support customers and collaborate with internal departments through phone, email, chat, and internal systems.
• Explain loan terms and optional insurance products clearly so customers understand their options.
• Multitask and adapt to changing demands while delivering timely, empathetic service.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to work on site in Towson, Maryland.
• Ability to work standard weekday business hours, with occasional extended hours and possible Saturday shifts.
• Strong communication, customer service, goal-oriented, and multitasking skills.

Nice to have

• Sales, collections, or customer service experience.
• Spanish bilingual ability.
