Loan Sales Specialist (Fintech)

Location: On site in Riverhead, NY, United States. Monday–Friday during standard business hours, with occasional extended weekday hours and possible Saturday work.

Salary: $19.00–$23.00 per hour, plus performance-based additional compensation.

What you will do

• Engage customers throughout the loan lifecycle and present financing solutions based on their needs.
• Manage loan servicing and collections activities while following applicable laws and regulations.
• Build customer relationships and contribute to individual and branch performance goals.
• Communicate with customers and internal departments by phone, email, chat, and internal systems.
• Explain loan terms and optional insurance products clearly and accurately.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to multitask, adapt to changing demands, and provide timely customer service.
• Goal-oriented approach and motivation to achieve individual and team results.
• Availability for on-site work in Riverhead, NY.

Nice to have

• Experience in sales, collections, or customer service.
• Bilingual Spanish communication skills.
