Loan Sales Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Onsite in Riverdale, MD, United States. Monday–Friday during standard business hours, with occasional extended hours and possible Saturdays.

Salary: $18.00–$22.00 per hour, plus additional compensation based on individual and company performance.

What you will do

• Listen to customer needs and present tailored financing solutions.
• Build and maintain customer relationships throughout the loan process and lifecycle.
• Manage loan lifecycle activities, including collections, while following applicable laws and regulations.
• Support customers through phone, email, chat, and internal systems.
• Explain loan terms, options, and optional insurance products clearly.
• Work toward individual and branch goals while delivering empathetic and efficient service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing customer and business needs.
• Strong communication, customer service, and goal-oriented skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Riverdale, MD.

Nice to have

• Experience in sales, collections, or customer service.
• Bilingual Spanish skills.
