Financial Services Representative (Loans)

Location: Raymondville, Texas, United States. Office-based role with regular in-person attendance, occasional local travel to banks and offsite locations, and possible extended hours or weekend work.

Salary: $15–$16 per hour based on experience and location, plus performance-based bonus opportunities.

What you will do

• Take loan applications, explain terms, close loan sales, and promote additional financial products.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls for collections, application follow-up, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts, secure payments, and arrange payment plans.
• Prepare individual tax returns, review documentation, and answer tax-related questions.
• Assist customers with applications, payments, account questions, and issue resolution.
• Process payments and records, balance cash, complete bank runs, and maintain compliant documentation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current insurance.
• Ability to independently complete bank runs and transport deposits.
• English and Spanish bilingual ability required.
• Ability to obtain required insurance licensing.
• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, account management, or a similar customer-facing role; strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and basic computer skills.

Nice to have

• Background in banking, retail, restaurants, hospitality, collections, call centers, insurance, healthcare front offices, or similar environments.
