Loan Sales Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Onsite in Palestine, Texas, United States. Monday–Friday during standard business hours, with occasional extended hours and possible Saturday shifts.

What you will do

• Manage customer relationships throughout the loan process and lifecycle.
• Present financing solutions tailored to customer needs and support individual and branch goals.
• Handle loan lifecycle activities, including collections, while complying with applicable laws and regulations.
• Communicate with customers and internal departments by phone, email, chat, and internal systems.
• Explain loan terms, options, and optional insurance products clearly.
• Provide timely, empathetic service while multitasking in a goal-oriented environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to multitask, adapt to changing demands, and maintain an achievement-oriented approach.
• Ability to work onsite in Palestine, Texas, during standard business hours, with occasional extended or Saturday hours.

Nice to have

• Sales, collections, or customer service experience.
• Bilingual Spanish communication skills.
