Bilingual Loan Sales Specialist (Spanish)

Location: On site in Lake Wales, Florida, United States. Monday–Friday during standard business hours, with occasional extended hours and Saturdays as needed.

What you will do

• Listen to customers’ needs and present tailored loan and financing solutions.
• Manage customer relationships throughout the loan lifecycle, including collections activities.
• Work toward individual and branch sales and service goals.
• Communicate with customers and internal departments by phone, email, chat, and company systems.
• Explain loan terms and optional insurance products clearly and accurately.
• Maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations while providing timely service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to multitask, adapt to changing demands, and maintain a goal-oriented approach.
• Clear customer communication and the ability to provide empathetic service.

Nice to have

• Sales, collections, or customer service experience.
• Bilingual Spanish communication skills.
