Financial Services Representative (Fintech)

Location: Crystal City, Missouri; office-based with regular in-person attendance required

Salary: $15–$18 per hour based on experience and location, plus performance-based bonus opportunities.

What you will do

• Drive loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and closing loans.
• Conduct high-volume outbound outreach for collections, application follow-up, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts, secure payments, and arrange payment plans.
• Prepare individual tax returns, review documentation, and answer tax-related questions.
• Assist customers in person with applications, payments, account questions, and issue resolution.
• Process payments, maintain compliant records, handle cash, balance deposits, and complete required bank runs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current insurance.
• Ability to independently complete bank runs and transport deposits.
• Ability to obtain required insurance licensing.
• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, account management, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, computer, and data-entry skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in banking, retail, restaurants, hospitality, call centers, insurance, healthcare front offices, or similar environments.
• Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding goals in a fast-paced environment.
