DR Delivery Manager (Cybersecurity)

Salary: $156,360–$296,880 per year; location-specific ranges apply in California, Colorado, Massachusetts, New York City, Washington, and Washington, DC.

What you will do

• Lead governance and service delivery for data protection, disaster recovery, backup and recovery, and cybersecurity services.
• Direct the enterprise disaster recovery and resiliency program, including readiness, planning, testing, recovery execution, remediation, and executive governance.
• Oversee service performance against contracts, SLAs, security requirements, compliance obligations, and customer expectations.
• Act as the primary leadership contact during major incidents, escalations, service risks, and critical recovery events.
• Lead cross-functional teams across infrastructure, storage, backup, recovery, security, and resiliency disciplines.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, resource plans, financial performance, service improvement, automation, and transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading large-scale infrastructure or managed-services delivery in complex enterprise environments.
• Direct experience with disaster recovery and resiliency planning, testing, recovery execution, governance, and continuous improvement.
• Experience with data protection, backup and recovery, storage, infrastructure technologies, cybersecurity operations, risk management, and compliance.
• Experience managing customer relationships, executive governance, programs, projects, budgets, resources, and service-delivery commitments.
• Strong understanding of ITIL and service management, including incident, problem, change, and service-level management.
• Ability to lead geographically distributed technical teams and operate effectively during major incidents and high-pressure recovery situations.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting healthcare or other highly regulated enterprise environments.
• Experience with enterprise disaster recovery, cyber recovery, backup, and storage platforms.
• Experience driving automation, operational transformation, and continuous improvement.
• Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity, cybersecurity, cloud, or infrastructure certifications.
