Translation Project Manager (Localization)

Location: Remote from Egypt

What you will do

• Manage translation projects, including schedules, resource allocation, budgets, and timelines.
• Collaborate with clients to clarify requirements, prepare cost estimates, and provide project updates.
• Select and assign translators and linguists based on project needs and coordinate work using CAT tools.
• Monitor translation quality, conduct quality assurance checks, review materials, and submit deliverables through client portals.
• Resolve project issues, maintain documentation, and keep records up to date.
• Build client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business.

Requirements

• Experience coordinating translation or localization projects.
• Ability to manage schedules, resources, budgets, and project documentation.
• Knowledge of CAT tools and translation quality assurance practices.
• Strong client communication and issue-resolution skills.
• Must be based in Egypt for the remote role.
