Operations Solutions Manager (Gaming)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid working. The role supports global business operations, requires flexible working hours, and includes approximately 5–10% domestic and international travel.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain global and regional solutions that enable hirify.global Store and Services sales through digital-at-retail channels.
• Own project roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and assess complex systems, dependencies, business impact, and customer outcomes.
• Represent Digital Programs with internal stakeholders, publishers, integrator partners, and other external partners throughout requirements, UAT, launch, and post-mortem activities.
• Drive market and product expansion by coordinating requirements, development, agreements, launches, and delivery against specifications and timelines.
• Lead workshops, ideation sessions, retrospective reviews, and continuous-improvement initiatives using data and agreed KPIs.
• Assemble data and present operational, financial, and business updates across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital product management, project management, business operations, sales operations, and/or commerce.
• Experience working in a global capacity across multiple countries and time zones.
• Strong analytical, planning, commercial, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-collaboration skills.
• Ability to develop strategic recommendations, execute tactical initiatives, identify operational impacts, and improve sales operations processes.
• Proficiency with global operations and collaboration tools, Microsoft Office Suite, G Suite, Confluence, Slack, and Microsoft Teams.
• Ability to work flexibly in a hybrid role based in London, United Kingdom, and travel approximately 5–10%.
