Recruiter

Location: Remote telecommuting; work from home

Salary: $55,000–$70,000 per year

What you will do

• Source and screen applicants for a growing workforce.
• Maintain applicant and hiring records in ATS and other recruitment systems.
• Coordinate and conduct in-person, phone, and video interviews with timely documentation.
• Partner with company leaders and staffing partners on recruiting needs, candidate recommendations, and applicant flow.
• Coordinate references, background checks, drug screening, offer letters, and new-hire correspondence.
• Collaborate with Recruiting, IT, and Training to coordinate onboarding and provide recruiting pipeline updates.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience managing hiring processes in a fast-paced organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and detail-management skills.
• Ability to handle pressure, confidential information, and rapidly changing work environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and HRIS or ATS platforms.
• Ability to work effectively from home with a dedicated workspace and proactive communication.
