What you will do
- Source candidates for field operations roles in a highly competitive market.
- Partner with the Head of Talent and operations leaders to understand hiring needs and align sourcing strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Deliver a high-quality, holistic candidate experience.
- Use networking, events, marketing, and other creative sourcing techniques to attract talent.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on sourcing.
- Proven experience sourcing and recruiting field operations professionals, including operators and technicians.
- Experience with Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or another applicant tracking system.
- Experience working in fast-growing, rapidly scaling startups.
- Ability to work remotely from Canada.
