Principal Product Manager (Mobile & NFC)

Location: New York City, hybrid. Other positions in Scottsdale, San Francisco, and Chicago also follow a hybrid work model. Candidates must independently have eligibility to work in the United States for any employer. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $207,000–$242,000 USD per year for New York and San Francisco; $173,000–$230,000 USD per year for Phoenix, Chicago, and Washington, DC. Discretionary incentive plan and benefits are also available.

What you will do

• Define product vision, strategy, roadmaps, investment priorities, and measurable outcomes for Paze mobile products.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and concept development through delivery, launch, commercialization, and continuous improvement.
• Set the future-state strategy for native iOS and Android applications and mobile-wallet capabilities.
• Lead 0-to-1 mobile product development and drive iteration and scaled adoption.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Analytics, Operations, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Fraud, and external ecosystem partners.
• Use customer research, behavioral data, experimentation, and product performance metrics to improve adoption, experience, financial, operational, and risk outcomes.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive experience or an equivalent demonstrated portfolio.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, priorities, requirements, and measurable outcomes for complex customer-facing products or platforms.
• Experience leading native Android and iOS products from concept through launch, iteration, and scaled operation.
• Strong technical fluency and experience partnering with engineering and architecture teams on complex product solutions.
• U.S. work authorization is required; the position does not provide visa sponsorship. Background and drug screen required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of digital payments, payment processing, tokenization, and mobile-wallet technologies.
• Experience working with financial institutions, payment networks, or strategic partners in a digital payments ecosystem.
• Experience with mobile product analytics, A/B testing, concept testing, and design thinking.
