What you will do

• Achieve sales targets and ensure strong in-store execution through customer relationship management and field coordination.
• Develop and grow key customer accounts across distribution, category management, and sales performance.
• Define annual customer plans, list new products, and coordinate promotional calendars.
• Lead annual negotiations and monitor trading terms and agreement implementation.
• Prepare monthly sales forecasts and coordinate with distribution centers and wholesalers to ensure product availability.
• Manage trade marketing budgets, analyze promotional ROI, prepare sales insights, and onboard new clients.

Requirements

• University degree.
• 3–5 years of key account management experience.
• Strong market insight and sales process expertise.
• Financial acumen with strategic and analytical thinking.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
• Team-player mindset with self-drive.
