What you will do

  • Build strategic relationships with glaucoma surgeons, hospitals, and key opinion leaders.
  • Identify and develop business opportunities within surgical glaucoma accounts.
  • Support and conduct clinical and surgical training programs.
  • Provide technical expertise and in-theatre support during surgical procedures.
  • Develop territory and account plans, manage budgets, and achieve sales objectives.
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities while maintaining accurate CRM data and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience in healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals.
  • Experience in hospital sales, key account management, and supporting technologies or procedures in an operating-room environment.
  • Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • University degree in a health-related, scientific, or business discipline.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, networking, analytical, planning, and influencing skills.
  • Professional level of English; ophthalmology experience and a clinical or scientific background are advantageous.
