2nd/3rd Shift Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Easton, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite, 2nd or 3rd shift

What you will do

• Lead the day-to-day performance of multiple production lines and supervise 15–30 hourly associates.
• Maintain safe, sanitary, and efficient manufacturing operations in compliance with company standards and applicable laws.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, training, overtime, shift continuity, and workforce assignments.
• Monitor equipment, production processes, quality, downtime, attendance, housekeeping, and 5-S activities.
• Investigate accidents, near misses, and process issues, document root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Work with quality, maintenance, engineering, and service departments to resolve problems and facilitate continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma; college education is preferred.
• Five years of experience in foundry or manufacturing operations.
• Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, or other shifts when required.
• Ability to handle physically and mentally demanding or stressful situations and participate in meetings.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States without employer-sponsored immigration support now or in the future.
• Professional appearance and a strong performance and attendance record.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in business, industrial engineering, or operations management.
• Previous supervisory experience in industrial manufacturing, such as metal fabrication, machining, heavy equipment, or component assembly.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt, or Lean certification.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
