What you will do

• Perform bicycle repairs, including brake adjustments, gear tuning, wheel truing, drivetrain maintenance, and suspension servicing.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and assemble new bicycles according to manufacturer and store standards.
• Assess customer repair needs, provide service recommendations and cost estimates, and advise on maintenance.
• Recommend suitable bicycle parts, accessories, and upgrades.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure repaired bicycles meet quality and safety standards.
• Maintain the workshop and manage spare-parts and tool inventory.

Requirements

• Proficiency in bicycle mechanics and the ability to diagnose and repair different bicycle types and components.
• Knowledge of bicycle brands, models, components, safety standards, and repair practices.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
