Assistant Technologist (Sustainability & Non-Clothing)

Location: Head Office, Tottenham Court Road, London. Working style: Hybrid

What you will do

• Support footwear and sustainability technologists across product development and quality assurance.
• Raise material and quality concerns, complete fabric tests, and help resolve failed test results.
• Track Scope and Transaction certificates and ensure they remain current and aligned with deadlines.
• Attend fit sessions, send technical comments to suppliers, and support sealing procedures.
• Carry out risk assessments and communicate product non-compliance to internal teams and suppliers.
• Coordinate critical-path dates, fit-day reviews, model bookings, invoices, measurements, and department administration.

Requirements

• Genuine interest in learning and developing within a technical team.
• Proficiency in Excel and confidence using internal business systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills with a professional, approachable manner.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to support product compliance with legal, health, safety, quality, and fit requirements.
