Truckload Admin (Logistics)

What you will do

• Enter and maintain truckload orders in CargoWise.
• Monitor carrier emails and update shipment milestones, notes, and tracking spreadsheets.
• Upload rate confirmations and Proof of Delivery documents into eDocs.
• Review shipment records and documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal operations teams to clarify missing shipment information and documents.
• Support other administrative tasks related to truckload operations.

Requirements

• Prior experience in truckload, trucking, freight forwarding, logistics, or transportation operations.
• Experience handling shipment data, carrier communications, and logistics documentation.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and reliability.
• Comfort working with Excel or Google Sheets and managing multiple shipments.
• Good written English communication skills required, especially for reviewing and responding to carrier emails.
• Fiber internet with a recommended speed of 100/50 Mbps, backup internet of at least 20 Mbps, and a quiet home workspace.

• Familiarity with CargoWise.
