Operations Support (Logistics)

What you will do

• Monitor operational inboxes and register jobs from order level.
• Review shipment details for completeness and accuracy.
• Create shipments and consoles in CargoWise.
• Handle e-DOCing and upload required shipment documentation.
• Follow up on EDOs, telex releases, customs holds, and other outstanding operational requirements.
• Coordinate with teams and stakeholders, update shipment records, and maintain organized documentation.

Requirements

• Prior experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or operations support.
• Experience with shipment documentation and operational processes.
• Understanding of common freight forwarding terms and workflows.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and prioritization across multiple jobs and deadlines.
• Good written English communication skills required.
• Ability to work independently and handle high-volume, repetitive, detail-oriented tasks.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CargoWise.
• Wired Ethernet connection during work hours.
• Power backup such as a UPS where outages are frequent.
