User Experience Lead (AI)

What you will do

• Lead user research and accessible experience design for examiner-facing hirify.globall and AI-assisted workflows.
• Design workflows, dashboards, information architectures, wireframes, prototypes, and design systems for a secure data analytics platform.
• Collaborate with pilot agencies and multidisciplinary technical teams through iterative development and user testing.
• Produce documentation supporting government operations, maintenance, transition, and future expansion.
• Ensure designs address Federal security, privacy, accessibility, records-management, and data-ownership requirements.

Requirements

• Experience leading user research and UX design for complex enterprise or Federal applications.
• Demonstrated expertise in workflow analysis, journey mapping, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, usability testing, and design systems.
• Strong knowledge of accessibility and Section 508 requirements for Federal applications.
• Experience designing data-rich dashboards, hirify.globall workflows, and human-in-the-loop AI interactions.
• Knowledge of authentication, RBAC, audit logging, application performance, and secure coding.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret eligibility are required; active Top Secret clearance is highly preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Federal financial management, budget execution, grants management, payment systems, award oversight, financial reporting, or financial stewardship.
• Familiarity with Linux, PostgreSQL or Microsoft SQL Server, Java or .NET, Jenkins, self-hosted Azure DevOps, Kubernetes/Rancher, and open-source AI models.
