Location: Hybrid role based in the United States, with 2–3 days per week on site at NYHQ in New York City or the Collegeville, Pennsylvania site. Candidates must have permanent U.S. work authorization. U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available.
Annual base salary: $162,900–$271,500, plus a 20% bonus target and eligibility for a share-based long-term incentive program.

What you will do
- Define future-state AI-enabled workflows that reduce manual effort, accelerate decisions, and improve end-to-end experiences.
- Facilitate design-thinking, discovery, and co-creation workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
- Design AI behavior models, agent interaction patterns, decision frameworks, escalation paths, and human-in-the-loop experiences.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, personas, and high-fidelity interfaces using information architecture, interaction design, visual design, and AI-assisted tools.
- Define success metrics, conduct usability testing with real users and synthetic personas, and use behavioral data to refine experiences.
- Partner with Architecture, Engineering, platform teams, Product Owners, and Medical Affairs stakeholders to guide experience decisions and adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of progressive experience, or a master’s degree with 7+ years in CX/UX, service design, product management, digital transformation, or workflow/process engineering.
- Expertise in experience architecture, service design, AI-first workflow design, enterprise-scale transformation, and workflow optimization.
- Hands-on experience with interaction design, wireframing, prototyping, usability research, workshop facilitation, metrics, process mapping, and workflow reimagination.
- Experience using AI tools such as Figma AI, Miro AI, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools in design, research, or prototyping.
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, analytical, communication, storytelling, and leadership skills, including the ability to coach others and influence senior leaders.
- Experience with agile or sprint methodologies and the ability to work effectively in ambiguity.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in Design, Organizational Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline.
- Experience with AI-augmented CX and agent-based workflow design.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other regulated enterprise environments.
- Working knowledge of Section 508/WCAG accessibility standards and healthcare data privacy considerations such as HIPAA/PHI-adjacent handling.
- Understanding of UX needs across healthcare professionals, Medical Affairs colleagues, and patients.
