Location: Hybrid role based in Atlanta, GA and Nashville, TN, United States

Salary: $53,580–$122,400 per year

What you will do

• Design, develop, deploy, and support AI-powered applications using Python and cloud-native technologies.
• Build RESTful APIs, microservices, and REST/JSON integrations for enterprise-scale customer experience solutions.
• Develop AI-enabled workflows using Vertex AI, agent tools, and related AI services.
• Build scalable and secure cloud applications following modern engineering practices.
• Implement business workflows and customer experience patterns for AI-GECX solutions.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams in an onshore-offshore delivery model.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on Python application development.
• Hands-on experience with Python, REST APIs, JSON, SQL, Docker, Git, and containerized application development.
• Experience with cloud platforms, cloud-native deployment, enterprise cloud architectures, and microservices.
• Experience developing AI-enabled applications and integrating and deploying Vertex AI models.
• Knowledge of conversational AI, intelligent agents, automation platforms, and AI-driven workflow orchestration.
• Experience supporting high-availability, production-grade enterprise applications, with familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of GECX/CES solution patterns and customer experience platforms.
• Experience with customer experience transformation initiatives and AI-driven service modernization.
