Salary: $79,000–$110,000 per year

What you will do

  • Balance workloads across teams and resources to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
  • Update project and production schedules based on demand, priorities, and resource availability.
  • Communicate schedules and changes to stakeholders and project participants.
  • Identify potential delays or issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain scheduling records, project documentation, and related reports.
  • Analyze data to forecast scheduling needs and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

  • TS/SCI clearance required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • PMP certification and/or DAWIA Level III certification in Program Management.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Master Scheduler, or in scheduling and production planning.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle and scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
  • Knowledge of supply chain and production planning processes; familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree.
