Talent Acquisition Partner (Engineering, Manufacturing & Corporate Functions)

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across engineering, manufacturing, technical operations, and corporate functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, interview plans, and success profiles.
• Source candidates through outreach, job boards, career fairs, networking, and passive engagement.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, collect structured feedback, and support timely hiring decisions.
• Maintain accurate candidate activity in Greenhouse ATS.
• Represent hirify.global at recruiting and community events while improving recruiting efficiency, fairness, and scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent HR or recruiting experience.
• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across organizational levels.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to represent the company at college and community career fairs.
• ATS experience; Greenhouse experience is preferred.

Nice to have

• Recruiting experience in manufacturing, automation, engineering, or skilled-trades environments.
• Experience supporting high-growth hiring or scaling organizations.
• Familiarity with structured and competency-based interviewing.
