Operations Product Manager (AI)

Location: Must be based in New York (Onsite)

What you will do

• Build and own the internal AI workspace for the Operations team, ensuring seamless integration and zero setup friction.
• Curate the team's central knowledge base, skills library, and shared repository to enable high-quality AI outputs.
• Embed with operations teams to identify and automate high-leverage workflows.
• Standardize evaluation and monitoring frameworks in partnership with engineering.
• Develop team capabilities through onboarding, training, and cross-team knowledge sharing.
• Partner with data and engineering teams to build foundational tools, including prompt engineering and backtesting platforms.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience as a product manager, optimizer, or builder.
• Daily hands-on experience with the modern AI stack, including agents, tool integrations, and prompt engineering.
• Comfort working across APIs and data, with a pragmatic approach to low-code and production-grade code.
• Strong business acumen with a focus on measurable results like throughput and efficiency.
• Must be able to work onsite in the New York office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
