What you will do

• Perform daily mark-to-market, collateral, and margining activities for clients and the firm across clearing counterparties.
• Resolve counterparty risk exposure items, prioritize open exceptions, and coordinate cash or securities bookings and recalls.
• Review and confirm payment settlements and position transfers with internal teams and external brokers.
• Propose and implement procedural enhancements related to efficiency, regulatory changes, and risk mitigation.
• Allocate start-of-day work, assess exceptions, conduct training, and provide end-of-day open risk exposure reports to management.
• Partner with technology teams to resolve exceptions requiring system or process adjustments.

Requirements

• Experience with collateral and margin operations, counterparty risk, or related financial markets processes.
• Knowledge of derivative and futures product lifecycles and clearing counterparties.
• Ability to assess risk, prioritize exceptions, and ensure payment accuracy and appropriateness.
• Ability to develop operational requirements, participate in testing, and support strategic enhancements.
• Ability to work from the Salt Lake City office.
