Principal Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Build the frontend for a new planning and simulation product from scratch.
• Design AI-first workflows that surface automated status updates and proactive suggestions.
• Develop performant, data-heavy views for scheduling, capacity planning, and simulation output.
• Deliver end-to-end features across the UI, APIs, data, and deployment layers, contributing to backend services in Go.
• Build and maintain integrations with internal and external systems, APIs, and identity services.
• Shape cloud-native architecture and provide technical leadership through architecture decisions, code reviews, mentoring, and engineering standards.

Requirements

• Strong frontend engineering and frontend architecture experience.
• Full-stack capability with experience contributing to backend services in Go.
• Experience building enterprise SaaS products and integrations.
• Ability to work with large data-heavy interfaces and prioritize performance, security, quality, and maintainability.
• Experience with containers, CI/CD, observability, APIs, and platform frameworks.
• Comfort working with Product, UX, backend, and cross-functional teams while requirements are evolving.
