Technical Lead (AI Agent Infrastructure)

hirify.global develops commercially scalable and safe hirify.global robots, including the HMND-01 Alpha platform used in real industrial pilots.

What you will do

• Own the path from an agent task through acceptance criteria, execution, verification, merge, rollout, monitoring, and rollback.
• Build secure, reproducible agent runtimes with task-scoped identity, short-lived credentials, bounded access, cost controls, and replayable execution records.
• Develop interfaces for launching, monitoring, and controlling coding agents, including shared memory and authorized access to company resources.
• Improve agent efficiency through context assembly, model and tool routing, caching, task decomposition, and feedback.
• Provide fast access to builds, tests, simulation, replay, and hardware-in-the-loop while making acceptance criteria immutable.
• Recruit and lead the new team while remaining hands-on and measuring cost per accepted change, review time, defects, and deployment speed on robots.

Requirements

• Experience building developer tooling or infrastructure such as build systems, CI/CD, test infrastructure, deployment pipelines, or internal platforms.
• Strong software engineering skills and experience working in large codebases or monorepos.
• Practical experience with Linux, containers, and cloud infrastructure, plus working knowledge of Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience integrating coding agents into engineering workflows and understanding their impact on reliability, latency, and cost.
• Sound security judgment around workload isolation, identity, permissions, and credentials.
• Experience building automated verification systems and leading engineers while remaining hands-on.
