HR Business Partner (Private Markets)

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States; hybrid schedule with at least four full days each week in an hirify.global office

Salary: $150,000–$170,000 base per year for the New York City position; total compensation also includes incentive pay and varies by skills, experience, and location.

What you will do

• Build trusted advisor relationships with leaders across the Private Markets business.
• Translate business strategy into talent, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness plans.
• Lead workforce planning, restructuring, organizational design, and change management initiatives.
• Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, and performance discussions.
• Advise on complex employee relations matters, HR policies, employment legislation, and risk management.
• Partner with HR Advisors, HR Operations, Employee Relations, Legal, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning, Finance, and HR Analytics.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience supporting business leaders.
• Experience in asset management, investment management, financial services, or a similarly complex professional services environment.
• Experience advising senior leaders on organizational design, talent strategy, workforce planning, employee relations, and change management.
• Ability to influence and coach leaders through complex business and people challenges, using workforce and business data to drive decisions.
• Experience operating successfully in a global, matrixed organization with strong business acumen.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
