Materials Specialist (SAP/Maximo)

Location: Cayce, South Carolina, with work across multiple power generation plants in South Carolina

What you will do

• Create new items and synchronize materials data between Maximo and SAP.
• Collaborate with storeroom personnel on inventory activities across multiple plant locations.
• Ensure compliance with SOX regulations, company policies, and applicable requirements.
• Analyze inventory and support procurement and materials management processes.
• Maintain inventory control activities and communicate with multidisciplinary stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of related experience in inventory management or materials management.
• Experience with SAP and Maximo.
• Knowledge of materials management, procurement, and inventory control.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Understanding of material and service contract law, environmental requirements, and government and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication, analytical, forecasting, organizational, and prioritization skills; high school diploma required.
