Supplier Enablement & Ariba Operations Specialist

Location: West Des Moines, Iowa, or Charlotte, North Carolina

Pay rate: $30–$35 per hour

What you will do

• Create new suppliers and modify existing supplier records in Ariba and PeopleSoft.
• Manage end-to-end supplier setup, maintenance, and onboarding requests.
• Troubleshoot complex supplier and process issues and independently resolve escalations.
• Respond to questions from internal teams, managers, and external suppliers.
• Partner with Ariba, sourcing and contracts, procurement, accounts payable, enabling capabilities, and business groups.
• Perform supplier system cleanup, analyze process risks, and improve controls, procedures, and transaction readiness.

Requirements

• Experience with supplier onboarding, supplier management, procurement operations, or related business processes.
• Experience with SAP Ariba and/or PeopleSoft is preferred.
• Strong analytical, research, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage high volumes, complex requests, and escalations independently.
• Exceptional attention to detail and supplier data accuracy.
• Experience documenting procedures, identifying process risks, and supporting continuous improvement.
