TL;DR
Sr. Technical Program Manager (Security & Compliance) (Information Security): Coordinating complex cross-functional security and compliance initiatives across identity and access management, vulnerability management, data protection, and secure software delivery with an accent on program governance, dependency management, and executive visibility. Focus on translating technical, business, security, and regulatory objectives into execution plans, surfacing risks and decisions, and improving delivery through automation and AI-enabled workflows.

Location: US - Remote

Salary: $139,475–$153,900 per year, plus potential additional compensation and benefits.

What you will do

  • Build and maintain integrated program plans, roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, decision points, ownership assignments, and success measures across the Information Security portfolio.
  • Coordinate initiatives covering identity and access management, vulnerability management, infrastructure and product security, data protection, compliance, incident readiness, and secure software delivery.
  • Partner with Information Security, IT, Infrastructure, Engineering, Product, Legal, Privacy, and senior leaders to maintain alignment and drive execution.
  • Manage program reviews, working sessions, dependency reviews, decision tracking, and executive status reporting.
  • Track risks, issues, commitments, dependencies, and blockers; facilitate trade-off decisions and ensure follow-through.
  • Develop dashboards, metrics, records, automation, and AI-enabled workflows to improve program visibility and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Proven experience independently leading complex security, privacy, risk, compliance, or enterprise IT programs from strategy through delivery.
  • Expertise in program governance, portfolio planning, OKRs, dependency and risk management, and executive reporting.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience using complex data and dashboards to guide prioritization, trade-offs, and program decisions.
  • Experience leveraging AI to improve engineering planning, execution, communication, or operational efficiency.

Nice to have

  • Experience with enterprise SaaS, AI platforms, analytics platforms, or cloud infrastructure.
  • Automation or AI experience in planning, execution, reporting, communication, or operational efficiency.
  • Relevant program management, security, cloud, or agile certifications, including PMP, SAFe, Scrum, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
