Warehouse Systems Support (Oracle WMS)

Location: North Aurora, Illinois, United States; on-site work required for implementation and customer interaction

Salary: $84,200–$109,400 annually

What you will do

• Support the automated distribution center and Oracle Cloud-based Warehouse Management System.
• Serve as the WMS subject-matter expert from requirements analysis through daily operations.
• Run warehouse waves, perform inventory counts and reconciliations, and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Participate in integration meetings, product configuration, test planning, and validation cycles.
• Guide system configuration, process and layout design, documentation, and continuous improvement.
• Train and mentor associates, support implementation activities, and define and monitor WMS KPIs.

Requirements

• Associate degree or IT background required; a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, warehousing, logistics, business, or a related field is preferred.
• At least five years of experience in warehouse operations or warehouse systems implementation.
• Two to four years of experience using a major WMS platform; Oracle experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of supply chain operations and strong computer, communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work effectively with multifunctional teams and work nights and weekends when needed.
• Travel to other sites may be required.

Nice to have

• GUI or web design configuration experience.
• Knowledge of FDA and OSHA regulations.
