Salary: $78,100–$93,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage business systems projects and support day-to-day business processing needs.
• Coordinate IT, business units, external vendors, and outsourced resources.
• Define and document business requirements, process flows, use cases, test cases, and change control procedures.
• Consult with business leaders to design, implement, and release platform, product, and service enhancements.
• Prioritize team projects and work using financial, customer service, ticket, and queue metrics.
• Supervise, coach, mentor, and develop team members while aligning team goals with enterprise objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a closely related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 3 years of related experience.
• Experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling and mapping, and methodology development.
• Experience linking cross-functional applications across business units and systems.
• Ability to act as a liaison between technology and operations teams and coordinate stakeholders with differing viewpoints.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to document complex business processes.
