Lead Recruiter (AI)

Location: On-site in McLean, Virginia; office-based Monday–Friday. Relocation to the area is required if not currently located nearby.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market, operations, finance, and corporate roles from sourcing through offer.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define requirements, design interview processes, and achieve hiring goals.
• Source and engage passive candidates through targeted outreach, referrals, and creative recruiting strategies.
• Improve recruiting processes, tooling, playbooks, and metrics reporting as the company scales.
• Deliver clear communication and a thoughtful candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Mentor and guide recruiters supporting business hiring.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on business roles.
• Proven ability to hire talent in competitive markets and improve recruiting processes or infrastructure.
• Advanced sourcing skills, including passive-candidate pipeline development.
• Familiarity with ATS, sourcing tools, and recruiting reporting platforms.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Willingness to work on-site in McLean, Virginia, Monday–Friday; relocation is required when applicable.
