Sales & Design Specialist (Furniture)

Location: Jacksonville, Florida, United States. Onsite retail position with weekend, holiday, and extended-hours availability required.

What you will do

• Educate clients through in-store demonstrations and personalized consultations.
• Design furniture solutions aligned with client needs, preferences, wellness goals, and productivity.
• Drive sales by building client relationships and following up on leads.
• Collaborate with the Architecture & Design community to grow brand awareness and partnerships.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and a premium store experience.
• Process transactions and manage orders accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• Experience in retail sales, interior design, or client-facing design consultation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design or rendering tools.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing over 40 pounds and follow safety protocols.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
