Sales Consultant (Furniture)

Location: 487 Mall of Georgia, Georgia, United States; onsite retail showroom

Salary: $18.00 per hour starting rate

What you will do

• Guide customers through furniture selection, fabric and leather choices, room sketches, and the complete selling process.
• Use team-selling techniques to meet or exceed daily and monthly store sales goals.
• Provide product recommendations across upholstery, bedroom, dining, and case good categories.
• Capture leads and maintain accurate customer notes, follow-ups, delivery calls, and sales documentation in CRM systems.
• Follow up with non-purchasing customers within two days and support post-delivery customer contact.
• Maintain the appearance, safety, security, and operational standards of the store.

Requirements

• At least one year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Exceptional sales, closing, customer service, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Sales and design experience, with functional knowledge of furniture products.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to complete required product, sales, CRM, and company training.
