What you will do

• Build and own the competitive intelligence function from scratch.
• Maintain a live map of competitors, including positioning, pricing, and clinical models.
• Conduct hands-on market research by experiencing competitor customer journeys.
• Track financial performance, funding, and market moves of public and private competitors.
• Lead social listening to turn patient sentiment and market chatter into actionable insights.
• Brief leadership and cross-functional teams on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in market research, competitive intelligence, strategy, or consulting.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into commercial recommendations.
• English: C1+ required for research and writing.
• Hebrew: C1+ required for presenting to leadership.
• Proven ability to build assessments from incomplete information and maintain high ethical standards.
• Comfortable with financial statements, spreadsheets, and analytics platforms.

Nice to have

• Service in an IDF intelligence unit in a research or analysis role.
• Familiarity with OSINT and market intelligence platforms like Similarweb, Semrush, or Crunchbase.
• Fluency in German or French.
• Experience in DTC, subscription, e-commerce, or regulated healthcare markets.
• SQL or BI fluency.
