Analyst - Pharma&Healthcare Consulting

Location: Oeiras, Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid contract with 2 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Support the design, development, and delivery of consulting projects for pharmaceutical companies and healthcare providers.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to support recommendations and client-specific solutions.
• Contribute to projects covering commercial excellence, go-to-market and launch strategies, portfolio optimization, and patient pathways.
• Develop project documentation, specifications, and audience-appropriate presentations.
• Build knowledge of consulting methodologies, the life sciences market, and hirify.global data sources.

Requirements

• MSc degree in Biomedical or Clinical Engineering, Economics, Business, Pharmaceutical Science, or a related field, with strong academic achievement.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in consulting or pharma-related organizations is preferred.
• Fluent Portuguese and English required.
• Genuine interest in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.
• Knowledge of consulting methods, tools, techniques, business processes, market dynamics, and decision-making factors.
• Effective time management and collaboration skills, with a commitment to rapid professional development.
