What you will do

• Develop program marketing plans covering strategies, objectives, tactics, and budgets.
• Analyze healthcare financing, care delivery systems, standards, and the economics of care delivery.
• Conduct market research and establish promotional strategies for healthcare technology programs.
• Build relationships with health system customers to understand needs and inform marketing plans.
• Collaborate with internal business unit, marketing, and sales teams to execute plans.

Requirements

• Master’s degree and proven marketing leadership experience in the medical device or healthcare industry.
• Expertise in the Western European market, particularly cardiology and cardiac rhythm management.
• Experience launching products and developing value propositions for innovative, AI-driven healthcare technologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience managing diverse teams and aligning multiple countries and functions within a complex matrix organization.
• Experience with digital marketing, channel strategy, and sales team collaboration.
