What you will do

• Execute talent brand distribution strategy across paid, organic, social, and partnerships to reach priority talent segments.
• Partner with the Talent Brand Storyteller to amplify content across the right channels and formats.
• Develop and manage a comprehensive conference and events strategy for engineering leadership.
• Cultivate relationships with external engineering thought leaders and host community meetups.
• Own paid distribution and sponsorship strategy across LinkedIn and niche technical channels.
• Define and track KPIs for reach, engagement, and talent pipeline influence.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years in growth marketing, demand generation, or community marketing, ideally in high-growth environments.
• Proven track record managing events, sponsorships, and community programs end-to-end.
• Familiarity with paid social and programmatic distribution, particularly LinkedIn.
• High ownership, velocity, and ability to operate with minimal oversight.
• Minimum 4-hour overlap with EST business hours.
• AI fluency is a baseline expectation; ability to use AI to accelerate workflows.
