Senior Public Sector Account Manager (Microsoft Cloud)

Location: Helsinki, Finland; hybrid work arrangement. Valid visa for Finland required.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned public sector customers.
• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Own customer experience, satisfaction, retention, and account development.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability across strategic accounts.
• Lead complex sales processes, renewals, framework agreements, and public procurement processes.
• Advise customers on digital transformation, cloud, licensing, and AI, including Microsoft solutions.

Requirements

• Experience in account management, customer relationship management, or strategic sales.
• Thorough understanding of public sector tenders, budgeting cycles, procurement processes, and decision-making environments.
• Previous experience selling Microsoft cloud solutions such as Azure, Microsoft 365, Security, or Data & AI.
• Knowledge of software licensing, cloud consumption models, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Professional Finnish and English, written and spoken.
• Self-driven and collaborative approach to managing complex stakeholder environments.
