Senior Director of Global Technology Partnerships (AI)

Location: Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area

Salary: $240,000–$300,000 annually + bonus + equity

What you will do

• Manage and deepen strategic relationships with key platform partners in the MarTech and AdTech ecosystem.
• Define joint value creation strategies by aligning hirify.global' capabilities with partner product roadmaps.
• Act as the senior face of the company in the US, engaging with executive leadership and corporate development teams.
• Translate technical AI and data strategies into compelling business narratives for partner boards and executives.
• Collaborate with global product and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and value delivery.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in strategic business development, platform partnerships, or corporate development.
• Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area to facilitate in-person strategic conversations.
• Deep fluency in the MarTech, AdTech, and data ecosystem with an established senior network.
• Strong understanding of the agentic AI landscape and the role of governed data in AI reasoning.
• Proven ability to engage with technical and product leadership (VPs, CDOs) as a peer.
• Executive presence capable of driving C-suite discussions and securing strategic agreements.
