What you will do
- Support and lead RF semiconductor product engineering activities from NPI through production.
- Analyze electrical test data, yield performance, Pareto trends, reliability results, and product health.
- Support failure analysis, debugging, engineering investigations, qualification, and production ramp activities.
- Work with test engineering, wafer fabrication, assembly, reliability, operations, and other cross-functional teams.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues and support manufacturing performance improvements.
- Develop automation tools for engineering data analysis, reporting, and AI-driven productivity improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, or science.
- More than 5 years of experience with new product engineering and/or RF test development.
- Background in RF, semiconductors, or digital engineering.
- Understanding of RF semiconductor manufacturing, assembly, testing, yield analysis, or product engineering.
- Programming, data analytics, and data visualization skills.
- Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with NPI and production qualification processes.
- Semiconductor manufacturing, product engineering, or yield engineering experience.
- Experience implementing AI automation projects and data-driven engineering analytics.
