Senior NPI Engineer (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Develop and set up new products in DACA, DAF DA, and Vacuum Reflow processes.
• Transfer products smoothly from development into mass production.
• Conduct process risk assessments and plan evaluations using CZ and DOE methods.
• Establish optimal process conditions, apply SPC, and maintain process documentation.
• Analyze sample-build and production data, identify trends and potential issues, and prepare reports.
• Prepare deliverables and coordinate with designers, customers, QA, operations, R&D, and REL-AED.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, such as Mechanical, Electrical, Materials, or a related field.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes such as dicing, die attach, wire bonding, and molding.
• Knowledge of process flows, defect mechanisms, SPC, data analysis fundamentals, and basic DOE concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including the ability to analyze production and sample-build data.
• Clear communication skills for cross-functional coordination and technical reporting.
• Detail-oriented, structured approach and willingness to learn and manage multiple NPI tasks.

Nice to have

• Experience in semiconductor, assembly, manufacturing, or process engineering.
• Relevant internship or project experience for fresh graduates.
