Sr NPI Engineer (Semiconductor)

Location: Bayan Lepas, Malaysia; onsite with no remote work available

What you will do

• Set up and develop new products in DACA, DAF DA, and Vacuum Reflow for transfer to mass production.
• Conduct process-development risk assessments and evaluation planning, including CZ and DOE.
• Establish optimal process conditions, apply SPC, and document stable operations.
• Track, analyze, and report sample-build data for designers and customers.
• Prepare and report deliverables to REL-AED.
• Coordinate with QA, operations, R&D, and other cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Materials, or related Engineering.
• Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes such as dicing, die attach, wire bonding, or molding.
• Understanding of process flow and defect mechanisms.
• Familiarity with SPC, data analysis fundamentals, and basic DOE concepts.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Fresh graduates may be considered with relevant internship or project experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in semiconductor, assembly, manufacturing, or process engineering.
