Senior NPI Engineer (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Set up and develop new products in DACA, DAF DA, and Vacuum Reflow for transfer to mass production.
• Conduct process-development risk assessments and evaluation planning, including DOE.
• Establish optimal process conditions and apply SPC to maintain stable operations.
• Track, analyse, and compile sample-build data into reports for designers and customers.
• Prepare and report deliverables to REL-AED while coordinating with QA, operations, and R&D teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Materials, or related Engineering.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes such as dicing, die attach, wire bonding, and molding.
• Knowledge of process flows, defect mechanisms, SPC, data analysis fundamentals, and basic DOE concepts.
• Ability to analyse production and sample-build data, identify trends, and detect potential issues.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to prepare technical reports and summaries.
• Detail-oriented, structured, willing to learn, and able to manage multiple NPI tasks.

Nice to have

• Experience in semiconductor, assembly, manufacturing, or process engineering.
• Relevant internship or project exposure for fresh graduates.
