What you will do

  • Manage the strategy, planning, execution, and delivery of technically complex 3D printing materials from concept through production.
  • Monitor project progress and quality, resolve issues, and communicate status, risks, and decisions.
  • Coordinate program teams, internal stakeholders, senior leadership, and external partners.
  • Define scope and program plans that meet cost and schedule goals using disciplined project management methods.
  • Organize beta testing and coordinate externally facing technical documentation.
  • Track post-launch issues and complete program closure documentation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in an engineering or R&D environment with project or program management experience.
  • Understanding of bringing product concepts from the laboratory to commercialization.
  • Technical knowledge applicable to decision-making, trade-off discussions, and program strategy.
  • Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, production, and supply chain teams.
  • B.S. degree or higher in engineering, science, or a related field.
